This IS the final take on the kaleidoscope. The inspiration for the design came while peering into my artist's kaleidoscope. The quality of image had deteriorated over the years so it didn't display a perfectly aligned pattern. I was also surprised to discover it had 9 images. So in this final take I've created a work with 9 pieces and varying positions and size in keeping with my relic of a kaleidoscope.
