The title 'rapid fire' I chose to remind me of the challenge I set myself before starting this work. I was inspired after revisiting my set of Gesture drawings post which had to be drawn in 3-5 minutes. https://bityl.co/KJ3o
This experimental work took longer than 5 minutes but was practically finished in an hour - an additional hour spent this evening fine-tuning colour, tone and their relationships.
I'm now wondering if speed is made easier if I don't intellectualize the process and instead trust intuition and instinct to create.
