I’m now questioning the need to bring my digital artwork to a finished state. The mutable nature of digital art suggests an alternative approach which is to ‘capture’ moments in a continuum of changing events. I’m not interested in pursuing dynamic digital art preferring to create dynamic content which at any time can be ‘frozen’ to become abstract stills of space-time and motion. By imagining I’m directing the evolution of the artwork, I can freely choose when to create the static image.
